I am a 22 year old graphic/web/print/everything designer with 6 years of experience under my belt. My passion began at the age of 10 and I have loved every minute of it since then. I am a bike fanatic, lover of ginger ale, and a conduit for food. This is just a small portion of my work from the past 2 years.
I founded Rotten Apple Fight early 2009 with a long time friend and associate. Long story short, it is a one on one design competition where competitors have 20 minutes to complete a piece. The catch is, they have to do it on the spot in an Apple retail store. Once they do that we put them on the stage where they can compete for cash, prizes, and fame. It is a non-profit, and a portion of the proceeds go to benefit arts education in america. The company was then rebranded to World's Best Designer aka WBD and still lives strong at www.wbdcompetitions.com
I worked closely with the store owner to come up with a logo that best represented the store, as well as the store's location. When that was all done, he slapped it on right on the front window. Neat! Gamma Ray Games sells tabletop games, both used and new.
This was actually a project I did for myself early last year. Yes, I redesign the websites of large companies just for fun. I targeted the Zune site and went to town.
This was not the final logo used, but this logo sheet represents my style much more than the final product. I like to use this as an example of how I work with my clients. I generally make up these logo sheets so that the client has a chance to pick, choose, mix and match. I include all versions of the logo from start to finish
For this project I was asked to collaborate and work with another designer to come up with the company's informational print posters. The final versions were used at their booth for the 2008 Seattle Boat Show.
